Psychology 385. Seminar in Positive Psychology

Covers topics related to positive Students explore the history of positive psychology and what it contributes
to the larger field of psychology, tackling thorny questions, such as what is happiness and how do these topics
relate to New Church teaching about overall well-being. In order to support the psychology department’s
focus on information literacy, peer-reviewed journal articles will be provided as readings in addition to the
course textbook. Students must be accepted into the Psychology Major or Psychology Minor at the junior
level of study.
