Caira Bongers

Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Faculty Council Chair

Caira Bongers teaches courses in calculus, and both elementary statistics and calculus-based statistics with probability. Applications from economics are prevalent in the calculus courses. Her research interests include the connections between the methodology of the theological search for truth and methodology of research using statistics. 

She is also chair of the Faculty Council, and head of the Quantitative Reasoning skill core requirement.
