What is branding? What lies behind the apparently boundless creativity of being a designer? How does someone end up in fashion when she studied history and education?

Annina, a Bryn Athyn College graduate, worked for a couture designer and then started her word—of—mouth custom business, Granaté Couture, creating bridal gowns and other custom work. Eventually she began to dream of an artisanal collection of made-to-measure garments, and launched her line, Granaté Prêt.
