Bryn Athyn College students studying outdoors

Academic Programs

Our bachelor in arts (BA) and bachelor in science (BS) degrees are four-year liberal arts degrees. Students earning a Bryn Athyn College liberal arts BA or BS must fulfill Core Program requirements and the individual major requirements. As a Bryn Athyn College student, you will be expected to declare a major before the end of your second year of study.

  • The Human Society Major (HSoc) uses a multidisciplinary approach with anthropology, history, and political science studies included.
  • The Interdisciplinary (ID) Majors allow students to complement their study with another chosen field.

The associate in arts (AA) degree is a two-year liberal arts degree, which gives the student an opportunity to explore academic interests while completing general education requirements. An AA degree provides guidance for course selection for those planning to complete bachelors degrees elsewhere or for entry-level career opportunities.

Graduate programs, including graduate certificates and masters programs, are also offered.
